How it works

Start with what’s in front of you.

How three ways of logging become one plate you can trust.

At the counter: Turo-turo.

Open Log, then Turo-turo. Tap your ulam, choose half, regular or extra, and set your cups of rice. The plate total uses weighed USDA ingredients. Tap a dish’s info button to follow the arithmetic.

At home: snap, then check.

Pick a plate photo and Busog reads it, maps each ingredient to USDA data, and asks you to confirm the grams before anything is added. In this preview the photos are sample plates, and nothing is uploaded.

On the go: search and scan.

Search USDA ingredients by Filipino or English names; the bundled foods work offline and live search adds more. For packaged food, scan the barcode with your camera or type it in to look it up on Open Food Facts.

At the plate: review and confirm.

Every route scales the same per-100g values by the weight you choose, and every entry keeps its source mark. Meal subtotals, your daily summary and your progress charts all add up the same entries. Change a weight and every total updates.

Come as you eat.

There’s room

Try a plate. Follow the numbers. Make it yours.
