Using Busog.
Busog is free to use in your browser. There are no accounts, payments or subscriptions, and no promised service levels.
Food data and estimates.
Ingredient values come from USDA FoodData Central and packaged foods from Open Food Facts; each describes a specific source record. Recipes are Busog’s own ingredient lists, and your meal may differ. Calorie targets are estimates from the assumptions you enter, not a prescription.
Not medical advice.
Busog does not diagnose, treat or give individual medical or dietary advice. Use a qualified professional for individual needs.
Your data.
Your diary lives in your browser. Busog does not back it up or sync it, so export anything you want to keep. Live search and lookups depend on outside services and may be unavailable; the bundled foods keep working offline.
Licenses and attribution.
USDA data is public domain (CC0). Open Food Facts data is ODbL, with individual contents under DbCL. Food photos keep the licenses listed on the Credits page.
